Biography
Zhakselekova Botagoz Shaimardanovna was born in 1980 in Kostanay region. She graduated from Akhmet Baitursynuly Kostanay Regional University, Exeter University, The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
She began her career in 2001 as a specialist in the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from 2004 to 2013, Head of the Department – Deputy Director of the Departments of Law and Personnel of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2013 to 2015, Deputy Head of the Legal Department of the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget;
From 2015 to 2017, Head of the Department, Director of the Department, Managing Director of SK-Pharmacy LLP;
From 2017 to 2020, she worked as Chairman of the Committee for Payment of Medical Services of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the NJSC «Social Health Insurance Fund»;
From 2021 to 2022, General Director of «MedInc» LLP, Almaty;
Since June 2022, she has worked as the General Director of «Social-I Kazakhstan LLP»;
From February 2023 to the present - Vice Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
