Biography
Vaissov Daniyel Mereevich was born in 1979 in Almaty. Graduated from Higher School of Law “Adilet”, Narxoz University, Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.
2000 - operator under individual contract of the Ministry of State Revenue of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2002 - 2003 - Chief Specialist of the divisions of the Department of Work with Taxpayers of the Ministry of State Revenue and the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2003 - 2010 – Legal Officer and Сhief Legal Officer of the International Contracts Department of KazMunayGas JSC NC.
2010 - Director of the Legal Service Department of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2010 - 2020 - Managing Director for Administrative and Legal Support of PSA LLP, Member of the Management Board.
2020 - 2023 - Head of the Centralised Procurement Control Service of National Management Holding Baiterek JSC.
2023 - present - Vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan
