Kulataev Serikbai Saduakasovich

Kulataev Serikbai Saduakasovich was born in January 1963 in Zhanakorgan district of Kyzylorda region.

In 1991 he graduated from Shymkent Cooperative Technical School with a degree in Organization of trade in food products and commodity science, in 2002 he graduated from Kyzylorda State University.Korkyt ata in the specialty "Cars and automotive industry".

He began his career in 1981 as a driver of agricultural "Zadarya" in the village of Zhanaryk of Zhanakorgan district.
