Bakirov Daniyar Serikovich

Daniyar Serikovich Bakirov was born on June 12, 1994, in the city of Semey, East Kazakhstan Region.

In 2017, he graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Law. In 2018, he obtained a Master’s degree in Law from Turan-Astana University.

He began his professional career in 2017 as Acting Leading Specialist of the Department for Working with Corporate Taxpayers at the Almaty District State Revenue Administration of the State Revenue Department for the City of Astana.

From 2017 to 2018, he held the positions of Acting Leading Specialist, Leading Specialist, and Chief Specialist of the Department for Working with Corporate Taxpayers at the Almaty District State Revenue Administration of the State Revenue Department for the City of Astana.

From 2018 to 2019, he served as Chief Specialist of the Desk Audit Department at the Baikonur District State Revenue Administration of the State Revenue Department for the City of Astana.

From 2020 to 2021, he served as a Lawyer at the Municipal State Institution “Directorate for the Development of Sports in Non-Olympic Sports” under the Akimat of the City of Nur-Sultan.

From 2021 to 2022, he held the positions of Acting Expert, Expert, and Chief Expert of the Department for the Development and Monitoring of Regional Documents at the Department of Regional Analysis and Local Self-Government Development of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2022, he served as Chief Expert of the Department of Regional Policy and Monitoring of Program Documents at the Department of Regional Development of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2022 to 2024, he served as Head of the Healthcare, Social Protection and Domestic Policy Sectors Division at the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Abai Region.

Since May 14, 2024, he has been serving as Deputy Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of Abai Region.
