Biography
Rakhimbekov Aibek Smagulovich was born on December 23, 1990 in the city of Tselinograd (Astana city).
In 2012 he graduated from L. N. Gumilev Eurasian National University with a degree in Regional Studies.
In 2015, he graduated from the Kazakh Engineering and Technical Academy with a degree in Economics.
In 2020, he graduated with honors from the University of Southern California under the Bolashak program - specialty "Public Administration".
He started his career from 2012 to 2014 as a specialist of JSC NC Aktau Commercial Sea Port;
From 2014 to 2022 he worked in the structure of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an expert, chief expert, head of the Department of Development of the Manufacturing Industry;
Since September 1, 2022, he has held the position of Deputy head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the Abai region.
