Biography
Rysbekkyzy Karlygash was born 28 November 1968 in the city of Ayagoz, Semipalatinsk region. In 1989 he graduated from Semipalatinsk technological Institute of meat and dairy industry on a speciality the engineer-technologist, in 2000 the University named after D. A. Kunayev, Almaty lawyer.
She started her career in 1989 as a master of industrial training at SPTU No. 6 of the secondary vocational technical school in Yessil, Turgay region, then in 1993-1997 she worked as a teacher at SPTU No. 6. in 1998-2000 she worked as a lawyer-consultant for Igilik JSC, 2000-2001 as a leading specialist in the Department of organizational and personnel work of the Akim of Ayagoz district, 2001-2002 as an adviser to the akim of the district on state and legal issues, 2002-2005. head of the Department of organizational and personnel work and control, 2005-2008. head of the Department of state-legal and personnel work. 2008-2009-head of the Department of state-legal and organizational-personnel work. 2009-2010-head of the legal Department of the Ayagoz district akim's office. Since December 2010, she has been appointed chief of staff of the Ayagoz district Akim.
