Biography
Born on July 20, 1977 in Taraz. Nationality: Kazakh. Education: higher. In 1995-1997 he graduated from the Law College of Almaty. In 2003-2006 he graduated from the University of Central Asia, specializing in law.
From 1997 to 2003, he worked as a manager in Almaty at Rakhat-Metals LLP. 2006-2011 - lawyer at Meiram LLP, Almaty. From 2011 to 2015, he was the akim of the Tarbagatai rural district of the Ayagoz district. From 2019 to 2024, he was the director of AYAGOZ TARTIP LLP. Since August 2024, he has been appointed deputy akim of the Ayagoz district.
