Yerbol Shamshiev was born in 1994. Kazakh by nationality. Higher education. In 2016 he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and in 2018 from the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade. Qualification in the specialty: "Jurisprudence" and "Bachelor of Economics and Business".
