Shamenov Bauyrzhan Serikovich

Born in 1981 in Kyzylorda. Education: In 2002 he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in jurisprudence. In 2004 he graduated from the Kazakh Academic University with a degree in Finance and Credit.

Career: In 2002, he worked as a lawyer at the Rukh Law Firm in Kyzylorda, 2002-2005. He worked as a chief specialist of the HR, Legal Service and Special Work Department of the Treasury Department in the Kyzylorda region. In 2005-2006 – Chief Specialist of the Department of state and legal work of the office of the Akim of the Kyzylorda region. In 2006-2008 – Consultant of the Department for monitoring compliance with legislation on civil service and anti-corruption of the Secretariat of the Disciplinary Council of the Regional Administration of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs. In 2008-2013 – Head of the Department of state and legal work of the office of the Akim of the Kyzylorda region.In 2013-2019 – Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Kyzylorda region. From 2019 to 2022 - Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Kyzylorda region. From May to December 2022, he worked as the head of the control Department of the Kyzylorda region. Since December 13, 2022, he has been appointed head of the Public Procurement Department of the Kyzylorda region.
