Biography
Born on April 19, 1988 in the city of Atyrau, Atyrau region. In 2013 he graduated from the Moscow State University named after M. Lomonosov with a degree in "state and municipal administration" by the program of the RK President "Bolashak", in 2018 he graduated from Narxoz University with a degree in "jurisprudence".
