Albetova Nurgul Gumarovna was born on April 28, 1975 in Kurmangazy district of Atyrau region. Nationality - Kazakh. Higher education, in 1996 she graduated from the Faculty of Economics-Management of Atyrau State University named after H. Dosmukhamedova, specializing in economist-manager.
In 1992-1994 she worked as a cloakroom attendant, a laboratory assistant at the secondary school named after Y.
