Biography
Born in 1984, in the Karaganda region, Zhezkazgan city.
Graduated from Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov, TSO and UK University, Zhezkazgan University named after O.A. Baikonur, Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz.
