Biography
Zharkyn Tusupbekovich Zhumadilov was born in 1985 in the city of Semey.
He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Political Science.
From 2008 to 2015 — Editor-in-Chief at Kazakh Radio, political observer for the newspaper Alash Aynasy, Deputy Chief Editor of the newspaper Ult TIMES, and Chief Editor of the Strategic Marketing Department at JSC RTRC Kazakhstan.
In 2015–2016 — Expert at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of the Information Monitoring Service at the Institute of Public Policy.
From 2016 to 2019 — Press Secretary, Advisor to the Akim, and Deputy Head of the Akim’s Office of the West Kazakhstan Region.
From 2019 to 2020 — Director of LLP Elorda Aqparat.
From 2021 to 2023 — Inspector of the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2023 (May–September) — Advisor to the Akim of the Abai Region.
From September 2023 to June 2025 — Head of Sector at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
