Biography
Nursaule Nabiollayevna Myktybayeva was born in 1967 in the Alakol district of Almaty region. In 1995 she graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in "geographer-teacher", in 2004 Kazakh-Russian International University majoring in economics.
She started her career in 1999 as a leading specialist of the Department of Agriculture of Talgar district. In 2003, she worked as a chief specialist in the General Department of the Talgar district Akim's Office, and from 2011 to 2013 she worked as a chief specialist of the Department of Organizational and Personnel Work of the Talgar district Akim's Office. From December 05, 2013 to the present, he holds the position of deputy akim of Panfilovsky rural district of Talgar district.
