Biography
Dulat Maratovich was born in 1986 in the village of Tuzdybastau, Talgar district, Almaty region. In 2008 he graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in financier, in 2014 from the University of Almaty majoring in Law.
He began his career in 2012 as Acting Deputy Acting Deputy akim of the district S.Panfilov, Tomarovsky St. No. 10. From March 12, 2013 to October 16, 2022, he held the position of deputy akim of the Panfilovsky rural district of Talgar district. Since October 16, 2022, he has been elected akim of Panfilov rural district of Talgar district.
