Amergasim Berikball Kuandykyly

In 2006, he graduated from the Karaganda State University named after E. A. Buketov with a degree in state and local administration.

He began his career as a chief specialist in the office of the akim of the village of Aktogay. 2007-2012-Chief Specialist of the Department of the Treasury of the Aktogay district. 2012-Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship, from 2012 to 2014-Head of the Department of organizational and personnel work of the Akim's Office of the Aktogay district. Since 2014, he has been appointed Head of the office of the Akim of the Aktogay district.
