Biography
In 2005, he graduated from the Karaganda University of Economics, and in 2008 from the Themis Law Academy.
He worked as a chief specialist in the administration of the Aktogay district, director of the youth work center, manager in the Karaganda regional Olympic Reserve Training Center, chief specialist in the administration of the Akim of Abay. From 2015 to 2017, Head of the Internal Policy Department. Since 2017, he has been appointed Deputy Akim of the Aktogay district.
