Biography
Seirbaev Sayat Turabekovich was born on April 22, 1970 in the village of. Uch-aral, Alakul district, Taldy-Kurgan region. In 1993 he graduated from the Dzhambul Irrigation and Construction Institute in Dzhambul. Married, has 2 children.
From 1993 to 1994 he worked as a hydraulic engineer at the Koktuma state farm, Alakol district. From 1994 to 2017 he worked in the internal affairs bodies (MVD).
He retired in July 2017.
Since 2018, he has been working at the KSU "Center for Analysis and Forecasting" of the state institution "Department of Internal Policy" of the Almaty region.
