Biography
Yerasyl Tolymbekuly was born on July 15, 1995 in the village of Kabanbai, Alakol district, Almaty region.
From 2012 to 2014 he studied at the Taldykorgan Law College.
From 2014 to 2016, he studied at the University of Ways and Communications with a degree in finance.
From 2016 to 2018, he studied at the Zholdasbekov Academy with a degree in State and Local Administration.He began his career in 2014 as the chief manager of the Almaty regional branch of the MTO "Zhasyl el".
From 2014 to 2016 he worked as a chief consultant at KSU "Youth Resource Center of Almaty Region".
From 2016 to 2019, he worked as the head of departments in various KSU under the State Institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Almaty Region".
From 2019 to 2022, he worked as Deputy Director of the Rukhani Zhangyru Project Office LLP in the Almaty Region.
Since 2022, the head of KSU "Center Ruhani Zhangyru"
He has a certificate of "Project Manager" for compliance with the requirements of the national standard ST RK ISO 21500-2014 "Project Management Guidelines".
Married, has 1 child.
