Biography
Elemesov Zhenis was born on May 9, 1978 in the South Kazakhstan region.
Higher education:
2000· - Kazakh State Law Academy, specialty lawyer.
2002 - T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University, specialty economist.
2013 - Moscow International Higher School of Business "MIRBIS", qualification-Master of Business Administration (MBA), Specialization-Strategic Management and business Policy.
2014 – Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, qualification – Manager, specialty – State and Municipal Management.
2000-2008 - worked as an inspector and in senior positions in the Department for Combating Economic and Corruption Crime (Financial Police) in the Almaty region.
2008-2010-worked in senior positions in the Department for Combating Economic and Corruption Crime in the city of Astana.
2010-2012-work in non-governmental commercial and financial structures.
2012-2014-Deputy Head of the Department for the Aktobe region (responsible for the fight against corruption).
2014-2019-work in non-governmental commercial and financial structures.
2019-work in senior positions in the Financial Monitoring Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From November 11, 2019 to February 3, 2021-Head of the Department of Economic Investigations for the Aktobe region of the Financial Monitoring Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From February 3, 2021 to the present-Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring.
