Born on January 15, 1969 in the village of Aldabergenovo, Eskeldinsky district, Almaty region,
Education: higher, in 1992 graduated from the Institute of Food and Flavor Industry (Bulgaria), majoring in engineering technology; in 1999, D.A. Kunaev Humanitarian University, majoring in law.

He started his career on December 09, 1992 as a leading specialist of the Committee on Foreign Economic Relations of Taldykorgan region.

• 16.10.1995-31.03.1996-Chief Inspector of the central laboratory.
• 01.04.1996-31.12.1996-Chief Specialist of the operational and technical department of the Central Food Laboratory.
• 01.01.1997-27.01.1998-chief specialist, drew attention to the research of the central laboratory.
