Biography
Kaldybayeva Anar Srazhdinovna was born in 1986 in the village of Aidarly, Syrdarya District, Kyzylorda Region. In 2004-2006 he studied at the Kyzylorda humanitarian college named after M. Mametova, majoring in "cultural education and folk artistic creativity", in 2014-2017-at the South Kazakhstan State University named after M. Auezov, majoring in "cultural and leisure work".
He started his career in 2008-2009 as a manager in the Aidarli rural club. In 2009-2014, he worked as the head of the Aidarli rural club under the Syrdarya District House of culture, in 2014-2024-the head of the enterprise of the Aidarli rural club named after G. Zhanuzakov of the KSU" Office of the Akim of Aidarli rural district", in May-November 2024-the head of the Department of culture and language development of the Syrdarya district.
Since April 08, 2025, he has been working as the head of the Syrdarya District Department of culture and language development.
