Biography
Serik Kozhakhmetov was born in 1988 in Zhalagash district. Higher education, graduated from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in history.
He started his career in 2010 as a history teacher at T. Aitbayev secondary school No. 132 in the village of N. Ilyasov, Syrdarya district. In different years, he worked as a methodologist in the Department of Education of Kyzylorda city, deputy director for Academic Affairs in secondary school No. 172 in Kyzylorda, methodologist in the Office of the Akim of Syrdarya district, methodologist in the Department of internal policy of Syrdarya District, Chief Specialist, Chief Inspector, Head of the Department of organizational and inspection work of the Office of the Akim of Syrdarya district.
Since July 1, 2025, he has been working as the head of the Department of the Personnel Management service (HR service).
