Kadergalieva Uldash Zaydagalievna was born on 21.05.1965 in the Furmanov village council of Chapaevsky District of Ural region, Kazakh by nationality. Higher education.
In 1987-1990, he started his career as a physics teacher at The O. Isayev secondary school. In 1990-1997, he was deputy director for Academic Affairs at this school, in 1997-2013-teacher of physics at this school, in 2013-2015-teacher of physics at the Podstepny Kazakh School of Terektinsky district, since 2015-akim of Konekketken rural district.
