Biography
Kinatova Kulaura Amalbekova was born 22 January 1974 in the village of Sozak, South Kazakhstan region. In 1994, she graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of management with a degree in accounting and audit.
In 1995-1997, tax inspector of the State Department for taxation and other income, public organizations, Tax Committee of al-Farabi district, Shymkent.
In 1997-2000, senior tax inspector of the tax Department of the Shymkent region.
In 2000-2008, leading, chief specialist of the tax Committee for the Kyzylorda region.
In 2008-2012, chief specialist of the Department of budget coordination, code and budget analysis of the Department of Finance for the Kyzylorda region.
In 2012-2016, chief specialist of the Department of monitoring and analysis of the execution of planned funds of the state apparatus, defense agencies, law enforcement agencies and the real sector of the Finance Department in the Kyzylorda region.
Since 2016, head of the Department for monitoring and analyzing the execution of planned funds of the state apparatus, defense, law enforcement agencies and the real sector of the Finance Department in the Kyzylorda region.
