Biography
Malikaidar Sholpan was born in 1979 on December 13 in Kyzylorda. From 1993 to 1996, she studied at the Semipalatinsk College of Finance and Economics, majoring in Finance.In 1999, she graduated from Karaganda University of Economics with a degree in Finance and credit.
In 1996-2000, she worked as a settlement accountant for kundyz & K LLP, Kyzylorda
