Biography
Kozhabekov Tolegen Kultzhakhanovich was born on July 11, 1977 in the village of Kirov, Kirovsky district of Taldykorgan region. In 1984, I went to the 1st grade of Lunacharsky secondary school of the Kirovsky district, and in 1994 I graduated from the 11th grade. In 1994 he graduated from the Zhetysu Economic Institute.
10.10.1994 to 13.01.1997 - Worked as a technician in the management of the irrigation system of the Koksu district.From 16.07.1999 to 16.05.2001 He worked as a specialist of the maslikhat of the Koksu district.From 16.06.2001 to 19.09.2008 he held the position of chief specialist of the Balpyk rural district.From 09/19/2008 to 2021, he held the position of deputy akim of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Balpyk rural District".Since 08.12.2021, he has been working as the akim of the Balpyk rural district.
