Born on September 22, 1992 in the Suzak district of the Turkestan region.
In 2016, he graduated from James Cook University with a degree in information systems.
From 2014 to 2021 - worked in commercial structures.
From September 24, 2021 to April 28, 2022 - Deputy Director of the Department for the Development of Information and Information and Communication Technologies of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From April 29, 2022 to May 31, 2022 - Director of the Department for the Development of Information and Information and Communication Technologies of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
