Kolbaev Marlen Kapashovich

Born in 1976. Higher education. Graduated from the Zhetysu Institute, the U. Dzholdasbekov Academy of Economics and Law, majoring in economics and management, law.

He started his career as a police officer of the security department of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Taldykorgan.

For several years he worked in various positions at the Zhetysu Economic Institute in Taldykorgan.

Over the years, he worked as the head of the entrepreneurship department, Deputy Akim of Taldykorgan, chief manager of the agro-industrial complex Department of JSC "National Company of Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation "Zhetysu", Project Management Department, head of the Department of Trading Activities of LLP "Zhetisuagrosauda", Chief of staff, Deputy Akim of Taldykorgan, head of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of Almaty region, akim of the Koksu district of the Zhetisu region.

Since November 2023, he has been appointed deputy akim of the Zhetisu region.
