Biography
He was born on July 28, 1994 in the village of Sulukol, Aitekebiysky district, Aktobe region. In 2016, he graduated from L.N.Gumilev Eurasian National University with a degree in Computer Engineering and Software.
He started his career in 2017 as a specialist in the department of input and processing of statistical data of the branch of the RSE at the PCV "Information and Computing Center of the Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the West Kazakhstan region".
In 2017-2019, he was a leading specialist of the Statistics Department of the Akzhaiksky district of the RSU "Department of Statistics of the West Kazakhstan Region of the Statistics Committee of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
In 2019-2020 - Chief Specialist of the Informatization Department of the State Institution "Department of Informatization and External Relations of the Aktobe region".
From 2020 to 2022 - Chief Specialist of the Informatization Department, Chief specialist of the Information and analytical Department, chief specialist of the Digitalization Department of the State Institution "Department of Digital Technologies of the Aktobe region".
On July 19, 2022, he was appointed head of the digitalization Department of the State Institution "Department of Digital Technologies of the Aktobe region".
