Nukussova Gulnur Kairzhanovna

She was born on October 28, 1990 in the city of Kandyagash, Mugalzhar district, Aktobe region. In 2012 she graduated from Aktobe Regional State University named after K.Zhubanov with a degree in State and Local Administration, in 2021 she graduated from the Kazakh-Russian International University with a degree in Construction.

She started her career in 2012 as an inspector of the Department of Energy and Monitoring of the State Institution "Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Aktobe region".
In different years, she held the following positions in this department:
In 2014-2016, she was a leading specialist, chief specialist of the Department of Administrative and Legal Work and Control of Public Services, Department of Administrative and Legal Work and public Procurement.
From 2016 to 2019 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Energy and Utilities, Head of the Department of Administrative and Legal Work.

In 2019-2020 - Head of the Administrative Department of the State Institution "Department of Informatization and External Relations of the Aktobe region".
In 2020-2021 - Head of the administrative department of the State Institution "Department of Digital Technologies of Aktobe region".
From 2021 to 2022 - Head of the Digitalization Department of the State Institution "Department of Digital Technologies of the Aktobe region".
On July 19, 2022, she was appointed Head of the Data Management Department of the Department of Digital Technologies of the Aktobe Region.
