Baigabatova Gulyaim Raiymkulovna

She was born on March 6, 1979 in the village of Akshi, Kurtinsky district, Almaty region. In 1995 she graduated from the V. I. Lenin Secondary School in the village of Akshi. In 1999, she graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in information systems in economics.
