Nogaybayev Zhenis Kusainbayevich

Nogaybayev Zhenis Kusainbayevich was born in 1975 on May 9 in Almaty region, Karasay district, Direct Path village. In 1993 he graduated from L.N. Tolstoy Secondary School. In 2006, he graduated from the higher educational institution of the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshpayev with a degree in customs. In 2014 he graduated from the higher educational institution of Kazakh Engineering, finance and banking with a degree in financier.

He started his work experience in 1990. From 1990 to 1993, he worked at the universal vegetable trading base of the Auezovsky district in the village of Direct Path to workers. In 1993-1995, he served in the military unit 6638. In 1995 to 1997, a forwarder of Alatau LLP in the village of Avangard, in 1998, a driver in Mereke LLP, in 1998 to 2002, an individual entrepreneur, in 2004 to 2007, a cargo carrier at the airport of Almaty, 2009 acting as a leading specialist in the office of Umtyl rural district, 2009 to 2011 leading specialist in the office of Umtyl rural district, 04.07.2011 to 20.12.2011 worked as a chief specialist in the Department of Economics, Budget planning and Entrepreneurship of Karasai district, from 20.12.2011 to 22.04.2014 chief specialist in the Department of Economics and Budget Planning Karasai district, from 22.04.2014 to 18.07.2014, Acting head of the sector of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Karasai district, from 18.07.2014 to 09.08.2018, head of the sector of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Karasai district, from 09.08.2018 to 01.01.2022, head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Karasai district. Since 05.01.2022, he has held the position of head of the reorganized Department of Economics and Finance of the Karasai district.
