Biography
Born on June 14, 1972 in the village of Sulikol, Karatobe district, West Kazakhstan region. In 1993, he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute with a degree in agriculture, in 2002 - from the Ural Academy of Labor and Social Relations with a degree in law.
1999-2001 - chief specialist of the district employment center;
2002-2003 - chief specialist of the district department of employment and social protection of the population;
2003 - legal adviser to the district sanitary and epidemiological station;
2003-2006 - Lawyer-consultant of the district sanitary-epidemiological department;
2006-2014 - Head of the district department of land relations;
2014-2018 - Head of the district department of entrepreneurship;
2018-2020 - head of the district department of entrepreneurship and agriculture;
From 2020 head of the district department of land relations.
