Omarova Sania Shaizhanovna-was born on July 16, 1966 in the village of Karatobe, Karatobe district, West Kazakhstan region.
Higher education. In 1993, he graduated from the Zhambyl Hydro-Reclamation and Construction Institute with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering and in 2011 from the West Kazakhstan Engineering and Humanities University with a degree in Law.
