Shektybaev Asan Muratovich, born on August 29, 1988 in the village of Bestobe, Kamyshninsky district, Kustanai region.

In 2012, he graduated from Kostanay Socio-Technical University named after Z. Aldamzhar with a degree in Law, qualification “Bachelor of Law”.
