Biography
Abay Sarsembayevich Ibraev was born on May 18, 1974 in the city of Plast, Chelyabinsk region. Higher education, in 1995 he graduated from the Kostanay Agricultural Institute with a degree in economics and management in the agricultural sectors.
After graduating from the institute, in the period from 1995 to 2003, he worked in the Tax Committee for the Zhitikarinsky district as a tax inspector, head of the accounting Department, head of the Information support and Accounting Department, deputy chairman of the Tax Committee, head of the organizational and legal Department, head of the audit Department.
From 2003 to 2006-Chairman of the Management Board of Rural Credit Partnership "Zhardem" LLP.
From 2006 to 2010-Head of the Zhitikarinsky branch of Kazkommertsbank JSC.
From 2010 to 2011, he worked as the head of the Department of Economics and Finance of the State Institution "Health Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region".
From 2011 to 2014-Deputy Akim of the Zhitikarinsky district on economic issues.
Since February 2014 - General Director of the State Enterprise PHO "Lisakovskgorkommunenergo" of the Akimat of the city of Lisakovsk, Kostanay region.
From 2014 to 2015, Akim of Uzunkol district.
From 2015 to 2021, Akim of Zhitikarinsky district.
He is married and has 3 children.
