Aspenbetova Raushan Naimanhankyzy

Born on December 1, 1965 in Kokterek settlement, Bolshynarymsky district, East Kazakhstan region. Nationality Kazakh. Higher education.
In 1985, she graduated from the Ust-Kamenogorsk Construction College, in 1993 from the Ust-Kamenogorsk Road Construction Institute, civil engineer,

After graduating from the Road Construction Institute, she worked as a site foreman, standard setter, and technical maintenance engineer in a construction organization. Since January 1996 she has been working in the public service. She worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist, and head of unit of the regional construction division. Deputy Head of division of the Territorial Department of Architectural and Construction Control and Licensing for East Kazakhstan Region.
She has been working in the regional mayor's office since March 2007. She held the following positions: assistant to the first deputy mayor of the region, chief inspector of the mayor of East Kazakhstan region, and since October 2011 she had been transferred to the position of head of documentation support unit of the regional mayor’s office.
Aspenbetova Raushan Naimanhankyzy has extensive experience in the field of public administration, with an over 27 years’ experience in the public service, including an over 16 years’ experience in the mayor office of East Kazakhstan region, since October 9, 2023, she has been appointed deputy chief of staff of the mayor of the region on the principle of meritocracy.
