Mendikhanov Dauletkerei Orazalyevich was born on June 14, 1962 in the town of Fort-Shevchenko, Tupkaragan district, Mangistau region.
Mendikhanov Dauletkerei Orazalyevich was born on June 14, 1962 in the town of Fort-Shevchenko, Tupkaragan district, Mangistau region. In 1984, he graduated from the V. I. Lenin Kazakh Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering, machine-building technology, metal-cutting machines and tools.
He began his career in 1984-1986 as a process engineer at the plant of electrical insulation materials in Petropavlovsk. In 1986-1993 – chief mechanic – engineer of the production plant, in 1993-1995 - Director of small business "Abzal", in 1996-1997 -machinist of LLP "Shegendeu", in 1997-2004-mechanic of JSC "Karazhanbas", in 2004-2005-master of JSC "TengizNefteStroy", in 2005-2006-LLP "Kaspiystroyserviskomplekt-Director, in 2006-2020. In 2020-2021 he worked as akim of the village of Bautino, deputy akim of the Tupkaragan district, head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport and highways of the Tupkaragan district, chairman of the district maslikhat in 2021-2023.
