Ibrayev Aidar Maratovich

Born on May 27, 1979.
Education:
In 2000 he graduated from East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Kazakh language and Literature;
In 2009 he graduated from East Kazakhstan State University, specialty "Jurisprudence".

He started his career in 2000 as a correspondent of the regional newspaper "Didar".

From 2004 to 2006 - leading specialist of the press service of the Akimat of the East Kazakhstan region;

From 2006 to 2007 - Chief Specialist of the Organizational and Inspection Department of the Akim's Office of the East Kazakhstan region;

From 2007 to 2009 - Assistant to the Deputy Akim of the East Kazakhstan region;

From 2009 to 2010 - Head of the Administrative Department of the Health Department of East Kazakhstan Region.

From 2010 to 2011 - Head of the Department of Culture and Art of the Department of Culture of East Kazakhstan Region;

From 2012 to 2013 - Deputy Akim of the Ulan district of East Kazakhstan region;

From March to October 2013 he worked as the director of the Regional State Philharmonic Society of the Department of Culture of East Kazakhstan Region;

Since November 2013 , he has been in charge of the office of the akim of the Zharminsky district;

Since September 2015 , he worked as Deputy akim of the Zharminsky district of East Kazakhstan region;

Since October 2022, he worked as the head of the Department of Culture, Language Development and Archival Affairs of the Abai region.

Since June 13, 2023 , he has been working as akim of the Borodulikhinsky district of the Abay region
