Biography
Koylanov Medeu Zhumabayevich was born on April 19, 1981 in the city of Turkestan, South Kazakhstan region.Higher education.In 2017, he graduated from the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, majoring in Law Enforcement.
From 10.08.2000 to 08.05.2019 he worked in the Zhanaozen City Police Department.
03.02.2021-08.04.2021 worked as a statistician of the State Institution "Office of Akim of Zhanaozen".
From 09.04.2021 to the present, he has been working as the head of the Department of Civil Protection and Mobilization Training of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of Zhanaozen"
