Ongarov Kuat Tattigalievich was born on October 18 , 1966 in the village of Bolshevik in the Koksu district of Taldykorgan region
In 1983 he graduated from high school A new world.

In 1992-1993 he worked as a teacher of Russian language and literature at Novy Mir secondary school. In 1993 he was transferred as a master in agriculture "Nurbek".
In 1996 he was accepted as a teacher of the secondary school No. 1 named after Abai in Taldykorgan city.
