Imangazieva Panar Anvarbekovna was born on January 6, 1967 in the village of Novopokrovka, Taldykurgan region. Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Nationality - Kazakh. Education - higher.
In 1986-1987, she studied in the K-700 driver training group of the vocational school No. 11 in Sarkanda, from where she entered the industrial and Pedagogical Technical school in Taldykorgan. In 1990, she graduated from this college with a diploma "with honors " and received the specialty of a master of industrial training. In 2005 she graduated from Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov with a degree in primary school teacher.
