Born in 1976. Graduated from Kokshetau University of Humanities and Economics (Finance and Credit), Kazakhstan Engineering and Technical Academy (Land Management).

From May 2005 to August 2013 - Chief Specialist of the Land Accounting and Land Management Department of the Akmola Region Land Relations Department;

From August 2013 to 2022 - Head of the Land Accounting and Land Management Department of the Akmola Region Land Relations Department;

From 2022 to the present - Head of the Land Accounting and Land Management Department of the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Akmola region.
