Born on February 5, 1993.
He graduated from Kokshetau State University named after Sh.Ualikhanov, majoring in Tourism, Economics, A.Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University, majoring in Law, RGKP Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, majoring in Master of Business and Management
2012-2015 – statistician in the Department of Youth Policy of the Akmola region;
2017 – Manager of Public Procurement of the Akmola Regional Russian Drama TheaterKokshetau;.
2018 – Chief Specialist of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Akmola region.
2019 - Chief specialist of the Tourism Department of the Akmola region.
2021-2024 – Chief specialist of the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Akmola region (until 2022, the Department of Agriculture).
From July 2024 to the present, he has been the head of the Livestock Department of the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Akmola region.
