Biography
In July 1997, he graduated from Kostanay Law College. He started his career as the head of a detachment in the Colony-settlement of Kostanay region.
The entire labor path took place within the walls of a minimum security institution and a high-security colony. The last position held was deputy head of the institution UK-161/2 of the DUIs in Kostanay region for regime and operational work.
Since October 2021, he has been appointed head of the UK-161/11 institution of the DUIs in Kostanay region.
