Department of the Penitentiary System in Kostanay region

The Department of the Penitentiary System in Kostanay region is a territorial subdivision of the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which manages the bodies and institutions of the penitentiary system in the territory of the region.
