Biography
In 1992, he graduated from the Almaty Special Secondary Police School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. In 1998, he graduated from the Almaty Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2004, he completed his studies at the Institute for the Training of Senior Staff of the Internal Affairs Bodies at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Educational qualifications: lawyer, Master of Jurisprudence.
