Biography
specialty: Law Enforcement Activity.
In 2005, he graduated from the B. Beisenov Karaganda Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and in 2012 from the Kazakhstan University of Ways of Communication.
He began his career as an operative officer of the Criminal Police Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Semey, East Kazakhstan Region.
He subsequently served in various positions within the operational units of the Transport Police Department and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
From 2019 to 2026, he headed internal security divisions of the North Kazakhstan Region Police Department, the Criminal Executive System, and the Personnel Inspection Unit of the Department for Personnel Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Currently, he serves as Deputy Chief of the Astana City Police Department for Personnel Affairs.
For his achievements and exemplary performance in service, he has been repeatedly commended by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
