Biography
Irina Konstantinovna Savelyeva was born on January 13, 1992 in Shakhtinsk, Karaganda region.
In 2013, she graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in Public and Local Government. In 2015, she graduated from Karaganda State University named after Academician E.A. Buketov with a degree in Law.
She started her career in 2013 as the chief specialist of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the village of Shahan". From November 2017 to the present, he holds the position of deputy akim of the village of Shakhan.
